Episode 05: A reintroduction to Dallis Luna

This post is much more vulnerable and personal than most of you will be used to.

I am about to share with you three things that you likely do not know about me and you might be shocked to learn. But, first, I want to tell you why I am sharing these personal and vulnerable parts of my life so publicly.

Like many of you, I am being called to live a more authentic and whole life. Something, I help my clients to do almost every day.

For a long time, I didn’t know how this would even be possible. However, the separation of my personal and professional identities has been a source of significant internal conflict for me.

So much of who I am in my personal life deeply influences the work that I do with my clients and keeping it hidden has never felt congruent or aligned with my philosophy on healing.

To tie this all together, there are just a few key takeaways that I hope you will take from my experiences and this podcast.

  • We are all worthy of love regardless of our past traumas, mistakes and experiences.

  • Soulmate love does exist although it doesn’t always look like the fairytales we’ve been sold.

  • Our body and mind know when we’re not being authentic or true to ourselves and it manifests in our physical, emotional and mental health.

  • I don’t have it all figured out but I know that trying to keep my personal and professional identities separate is no longer serving my highest good or my clients.

With love and courage,

Dallis

If you felt touched by this episode and want to hear more about my personal experiences and life outside of the therapy room, leave me a comment or send me a message.

We can all use a little more connection and encouragement!
